The pink color of our LVE Rosé French Sparkling is reminiscent of a vineyard peach. With a fruity nose, blending notes of citrus and small red fruits, the bubbles are soft and pleasant. It’s well-balanced with voluptuousness and hints of red currants and pomelos, complemented by a nice acidity on the finish.
Winemaking
The grapes were selected from a blend of vineyards in well-known growing regions of France, like the Loire and Languedoc, to create its unique and fruity style. The wine was elaborated in the Charmat Method and aged for 3 months to create small, delicate bubbles that delight the palate.

Thanks again for the opportunity to be a labrat! Bubbles are perennial favorites of mine so I was especially pleased when opening this surprise package. We popped it in to chill and enjoy the next day.
Sorry I don’t have a photo but the wine color is a glowing peachy pink in the glass with fine bubbles that rise steadily. My wife and I both enjoyed the wine, it has a mild and slightly fruity aroma that we didn’t find to change over the course of the glass.
On the palate we tasted a hint of berry and a little grapefruit zest after the swallow. It was one where we both kept going back for more and I think this would please most people who like bubblies/like rose/like both of those things!
To us, the wine did not taste sweet but the residual sugar was detectable as compared to a bone dry style. That said, I think that the acidity balances out any hint of sweetness leaving a clean finish rather than anything cloying.
OK, I’m a bit miffed. I ordered two cases of the Cheer Cab back in Dec, 25 and was supposed to get two coupons for Casemates.
I ordered a case of the LVE just now and used the code CHEERUP. I wanted two cases, but suspected that as usual, the coupon offer would get screwed up, if I ordered two cases on one order, which would give me the full price less ONE coupon.
So I split the order, but when I went to order the second case, my supposed second coupon didn’t work.
Why is it that is usually the situation with these types of gimmicks?
@Jackinga Wasn’t the Cheer from Meh? I know the code is for Casemates, but shouldn’t you contact them? Casemates themselves have been really good about giving multiple codes when ordering multiple cases in my experience- but then, thats been them putting a physical code on a slip of paper in the box.
Y’all spied on it already I assume…but the WE notes:
90 points. Best Buy. Freshness and bubbly acidity are at this wine’s core. Salmon in color, the wine has a perfumed nose of red cherry, cranberry skin, bruised strawberry and pomegranate. Tangy red fruit kicks off the palate followed by wind-swept orange blossom and lime zest. Pair with charcuterie, goat cheese and strawberry shortcake. — Reggie Solomon 4/1/25
(they note it as a Brut rose in fact)

Am I correct that the 10g dosage = 1% RS? Rats would be helpful. I’m ok with fruity, but not off-dry.
@chipgreen I agree, where are the rats? Cheers!
@chipgreen @cynthylee
Ig 10g/L, yes, 1%, otherwise 1.3% if 750ml
@chipgreen @cynthylee @rjquillin In the world of Champagne, 7 to 12 grams per liter is a Brut category wine

I love bubbles but I think if order this the Englishman may just string me up!

So what are you going to do about this Casemates?
@Jackinga Wasn’t the Cheer from Meh? I know the code is for Casemates, but shouldn’t you contact them? Casemates themselves have been really good about giving multiple codes when ordering multiple cases in my experience- but then, thats been them putting a physical code on a slip of paper in the box.
@Jackinga u should contact Casemates support instead of posting this in the forum. Someone from Casemates support may or may not see your post here.
@TimW I tried that first, of course. But I couldn’t find a link for Casemates support.
@Jackinga
Go to the specific order, click on view details, then click on “I need help with this.”
As @snolf stated, the coupon was issued by Meh, so you should probably contact Meh customer service about your order of the Cheer wine.
@Jackinga @kawichris650
well done visual tutorial, tnx

fwiw

@kaolis
I wonder what the difference is between orange blossom and “wind-swept” orange blossom?
@chipgreen @kaolis And who is responsible for inflicting the bruises on the strawberries?

@chipgreen @Mark_L Wind-swept is more fleeting, bruised strawberries are the ones you wish you had eaten yesterday
