Vinotheque wine storage cabinet - for sale $750
0I have a 700 series that i’d like to sell - all is in working order. Any recommendtions on moving this beast? Moving it through my small doorway in basement is likely a no-go. Any experience out here with disassembling the unit?
Here are two good sites to reference.

Thanks in advance.

Was your basement built or altered after and around this that would alter it’s entry and exit path?
Tip it as required, and only as long as required to move it out; just let it sit upright after the move for a decent amount of time (a day or so plus) before energizing it to allow the refrigerant oil to settle back into the compressor.
If it’s got a removable chiller unit, and you’re worried, pull it for the move and reinstall afterwards.
@rjquillin I believe the basement was altered. I’m probably 2" too deep with the unit to fit through the doorway. I would need to remove the door frame, which I’m not willing to do!
One other thought for tight situations (which I have used for refrigerators). Sometimes removing the door is not very difficult and can reduce a dimension by a few inches needed to fit through a doorway, etc.
@Mark_L
and with glass doors the mass is decreased as well!
@Mark_L Yes, I will be removing the doors, but I still wont fit through doorway.
@user81211723 How much too wide is the cooler for the doorway?
