This time of year, I’d love some more of this very enjoyable pet-nat: Fifth Hill Pétillant-Naturel “Cadillac” Sparkling from La Prenda Wines, and the pet-nat-adjacent Bruscotto Frizzante Red Wine.
@unifreck Thanks for the suggestions. Put The Don and Stokes ghost on-deck yesterday, and just popped the Stokes. It is very good. Hadn’t tried either…cellar’s too deep.
Scott Harvey (syrah for a change), Anderson Conn Valley. Bell Cellars (I know it’s a new vintner). Any Ty Caton. Any black tie offers as I have everyday drinkers.
Anything J Dusi. Ordered three cases from each of the past three offerings, and loved all. That Dusi fruit for the Zins - well I just want to say Paul Draper
i keep missing all the sparklers (and a pet nat??!!) but mainly hoping to catch another Onesta Cinsault one day. You never forget your first Casemates order, I guess!
I’m needing gewurztraminer (preferably a balanced one, not too dry or too sweet) and the Noceto mentioned above would also be good. And the Pouracle was loved by all every time I opened it.
Tho now that I’m thinking about it, the Pouracle might have been from wine.woot. Oh well.
Where do I begin? Noceto, Corison, IH sparklers, Virage….
Dusi, the Don

pedroncelli winery port in the 750ml bottles. That was an awesome deal. I would take the 375ml bottles
MEALS! DEALS! EELS! AWESOME!
@Burns72 Also, LOVE Scott Harvey’s Port.
Please repeat Stokes Ghost and
J Dusi

A good Dry Riesling, maybe from NY state? But not necessary
I’m mostly a deep red drinker, and here I’ve asked for 3 whites…
